It's definitely the switch in the seatbelt buckle. I can hold it down and keep the code from coming back. The minute I jiggle the seatbelt, the code comes back on.
Update: Removed and disassembled the buckle. Found broken wire at the switch and soldered. Fixed issue. Still ordered a new buckle from the dealer, as it was only $62.
