It plugs into an existing wire in the Tacoma, what the wire is I'm not sure but they said all Tacoma's (In Canada) should have it.

if either of you figure out if I can buy a digital rear view mirror and put it in my Canadian spec taco I’ll dive more into it but apparently it just plugs into a wire that is already there. On all Tacoma’s in
Canada.

You could call your dealer and ask, but as far as I can tell only Canadian have it listed online.

It's apparently plug and play with attaching to a wire already there in all Canadian Market Tacomas, and I can't find the install manual anywhere online to confirm.

I might give them a call tomorrow. It's such a cool feature to have on the Tacoma. There's barely any information on it online.

Canadian Part only, if you search for the part number with US Suppliers you get nada.

Thankfully my cousin lives in Vancouver BC and visits Seattle pretty often… so it’s easy to meet him there and pick up the part.

I suggest ordering from Destination Toyota in Burnaby. That's where i got my 4th gen and they've been nothing but amazing.
