Just throwing this out there in case this happens to anyone else and you don't want to pay a mechanic:

Had someone do my front struts to save time. Supposedly aligned. Was visibly out of alignment after a couple days. Brought it back. Looks and drives well, numbers look good, but getting an intermittent "pop" at full lock with acceleration.

Bring it back, tell him I suspect it's the cam bolts and torque spec is 206. He gets under there, doesn't remove the skid plate "Well I just went to at least 180 on that front one and it didn't move, you'll have to come back and get it on the lift so it's easier to reach the others, but I don't think that's the issue."

Went to the store instead, bought a 250lb torque wrench. Pulled skid plate. Slid under the truck. Cam bolt moved when torquing to 206#

I've read a number of folks' experiences where mechanics or alignment shops brush off the high 206# spec and rigs either go out of alignment or have this popping and clicking to a certain degree.

Worth checking on your own or at another shop if you have this issue post suspension work or alignment.

Might want to check the lower control arm to spindle bolts. I think those are 226#

Thank you! Will do! I think I'll look up all that were touched and double check
