This was only on my truck for a few weeks. They arrived raw stainless steel and I painted it with Steel It paint. Paint came off in the spots where I mounted my RTT. Otherwise, in new condition. Comes with the necessary hardware. I will include hardware that I used to mount my RTT which fit the bar perfectly. $300 picked up in Lake Forest, CA.
