Has anyone installed power seats in a Tacoma that came with manual seats?

The title of the post says it all. I’m curious if the trucks (like my base TRD OFF-ROAD) has the same wiring harness as the ones with power seats. I know some have heat etc. but I’m just wanting to know if anyone could simply bolt in a power seat in place of the manual seat and plug it up or would you have to get new wiring etc.? I’m asking because I came across power seats a few months ago and really considered it. I have a spinal cord injury and it would be nice to have easier adjustments. If I ever come across some in the future I’d like to know ahead of time. Thanks in advance. Power seats were out of my price range when I purchased by the way. Options and packages. Ugh
