Rattling when AC fan cycles.

I have had this noise on and off, and Toyota couldn't replicate supposedly when I brought it in the first time. When the fan cycles (I assume the AC fan? It still comes on even if not using cold air), it makes a rattling noise that's very noticeable outside of the truck. In the cabin it's hard to hear. Anyone know where to look or what it could be, so I can come to Toyota with where I think it is? Advise? You'll hear it at the end of that video.

I'm unsure, is there an easy way to check, or get near it so I can hear if it is infact coming from it? Sorry, not super knowledgeable of where it would be, not my area of expertise! Appreciate the help!

After convincing the dealer that I wasn’t going to pick up the truck until they fixed it as they kept saying they couldn’t replicate it, they eventually figured it out. It was the exhaust spring assembly that was causing issues, quick and easy fix it’s all gone. The sound wouldn’t come from the engine bay, and it only came intermittently when the compressor would spin up, causing it to move. Happy to be done with it!
