Toyota app missing functions

Is it normal for the Toyota app not to provide notifications if your rear power slider window is not closed ? It seems to show when doors are unlocked, and when windows are not closed ….but does not do this for the rear slider window ? There is a sensor as it does indicate this when in vehicle so assume it should equally provide same function as the “other” windows. I left it open overnight by accident and expected app to let me know (as it does for doors and other windows).

Also, I was able to view my manual through the app before…now it is simply not there….I also thought I could see previous trips & gas mileage before …and that too is completely
missing now……not sure why and deleted, re-installed, etc and still no change.

I have sent this issue to Toyota a few days ago and again earlier today with no response.

Not sure if this is same for all, or an issue on my end. Purchased a 2025 and have had since January…noticed several app glitches since and had expected better app experience.

I have a 24 Limited and my rear cab window will not tell me if I left it open or closed and Toyota confirmed that will not registered, no biggie for me.
On my app it shows the rear Tailgate Always Locked and with everything Unlocked, windows open and doors opened and Tailgate opened it still says locked.
My dealer confirmed it does work on other Limited Tacoma's but can't get mine to work.
Corporate says it should work and thinks it's in the head unit and not the app but no one wants to fix or change the head unit.
