What’s New About the 2024–2025 Tacoma Roof Mount Design

Hey everyone,

We’ve been testing roof setups for the new 2024–2025 Tacoma Double Cab, and noticed a few design changes worth sharing:

• The new roof contour and hidden mounting points make many universal bars sit unevenly.
• The correct bracket angle now plays a big role in reducing lift and wind noise.
• A more aerodynamic cross-section helps airflow and stability at highway speeds.

To address this, our engineering team developed a model-specific setup designed to match the new roof line and channel depth — keeping installation simple while improving fit and wind performance.
