A year and two weeks now. This is my first time Toyota. Love the ride, the seats the looks and the community.
Dislikes the fuel range, nav system the interior rattles, leg room in the back for passengers and so far I’m lacking in confidence of reliability.

would it be adaptable enough to go on the canopy rather than the cab? A manual override would be an asset also what current requirements would the high-torque motors have. Definitely Interested in this.
I have used Peerless tire chains (peerless.com) before on a GMC Canyon and have bought the same for my tacoma. I would suggest that whatever product you choose run through at least one or more test fit(s) before you actually need to use them.
I found the same if you have 4 aux switches then pg 462 of the owners manual has the white wire listed as switched with the ign on. Page 461 shows the 3 switch configuration and the white appears to be associated to an aux switch. Personally I just went to each location and tested each circuit...

I have opened up that harness and cut the black wire then spliced it to a 12v power source to use it for lights and power in my canopy. Then I plugged the that pigtail into both connectors. This gives me one aux switch, a 12v constant wired to the back. Also one more aux switch to use in the...
