Yeah. I don’t have cradles. Maybe that’s the limiting factor.

The manufacturer and the person that installed them recommends 5lbs. When driving around town at that pressure I feel no difference in ride quality.

I do have a backup valve they placed in the truck bed compartment on the passenger side in case my compressor goes out I can hook up a portable compressor.

Yeah. It’s a lot, but worth it. I just paid the bill and didn’t think about it. Ha!

At what point are the cradles necessary? I did not install them and have had no problems as of yet. Of course, I do have some off road adventures, but nothing extreme.

Yes, that’s the model number. The compressor is mounted on driver side on the inside of the frame. Here are some pics:

I had the Wireless One with EZ mount installed on my Tacoma OF to eliminate sag while towing. No other modifications needed. Works perfectly. Better ride quality. The best part is I just push a button to inflate and deflate. Here is a before and after pic.

How do you like your GFC? I was considering that too. I like the openness of windows with a topper. I had a smartcap on my Ranger and liked that, but have heard issues with it on the Tacoma, especially with the rubber seal.

Ok. I have the Kuat Ibex system installed on my truck bed. However, I’m thinking of making it into a topper with the full panel kit. Has anyone does this yet? If so, how has it been from a functional stand point for you?
