Valvoline, Mobil One, Amsoil, Red Line, Castrol. All have quality oil choices. Penn-soil is not the only option out there. I have plenty of choices to satisfy my bias against Penn-soil. That was my point.
Back in the day we called Pennzoil "Penn-soil" for that reason. It had a reputation for gumming up engines. It might be an acceptable oil today, but simply based on its old reputation I will not run it. That might be silly. But, there are plenty of other quality options.
I'm going to say yes, and give you two options.
1. Instead of mounting something just get one of the suitcase options out there. That way you can move it around as necessary.

In case you missed it. They upgraded the plan a few months ago. $50/mo for 100gb. For $5/mo you can "idle" the antenna which lets you use if for email and emergencies. A buddy uses the $5 plan for just about everything.
Up to the top we go. I just contacted a company that makes aux tanks for other Toyotas. I asked them about a tank for our trucks. Their response ... "We will be announcing the 4th gen Taco tank within a week and it will be 18 gallons."
Comparable tank for the LX, LC and 4R is $2300.

It looks like you have migrated from the Four Wheel camper idea to the possibility of a canopy camper. I have a Dirtbox Overland. I looked at just about everything out there and thought it fit my needs better, and was a more reasonable value. On paper it weighed 450#. Lone Peak was another option.
