  1. Best value mid budget shocks

i've been running the fox 2.5 ifp shocks for about 5k miles now. super happy with them. they ride fantastic, only real minor complaint is the front end is floaty over larger "bumps" and dips on the highway. paired with the rear ADO springs, they handle my GFC super well.
  2. Roof Rack recommendations?

sounds good, i have a lift at work that i could use to raise it.
  3. Roof Rack recommendations?

when you installed the rack, did you have to raise the GFC up to get to those rear bolts? looks like it's a bit tight and not much room to reach in there.
  4. Roof Rack recommendations?

yeah, it may come down to making custom brackets to reach the back. that martin rack is interesting though since they notch it for the GFC specifically. i will reach out to them after we get back from Expo.
  5. Roof Rack recommendations?

i'm waiting on a half rack to release since i have a short bed and a GFC on my 4th gen. would rather have a half than buy a rack and cut it up to make it fit. Going to be at Expo MW this week and will be attending Sherpa's vendor party so i will have to bug someone there lol
  6. AWE 0FG Cat-Back Exhaust Fitment on 2024 Tacoma TRD Offroad

my AWE was contacting that same spare tire spot, i just pulled the tailpipe off and hammered it in a bit to give more clearance.
  7. AWE 0FG Cat-Back Exhaust Fitment on 2024 Tacoma TRD Offroad

can the high clearance tail pipe be purchased separately by chance? when i bought my kit, the high clearance version wasn't available.
  8. LET'S HEAR YOUR EXHAUST - Megathread

i've had the AWE on my truck for about 8k miles. have made 6 hour drives multiple times with the exhaust and can confirm there isn't much noise from the exhaust while interstate or highway cruising. the SXTH intake i have is more noticeable than the exhaust at highway speeds when it revs.
  9. Kuat Ibex Topper Question

I went with the GFC camper. Their topper would work similar though and you would have better visibility with it. Sealing the front of the 4G bed is hard because of its goofy shape.
  10. Kuat Ibex Topper Question

had one but took it off for a GFC. it worked great, stayed somewhat waterproof, (kuat states that its weather resistant and not weather proof). only big downside is not being able to see out the back window. if you have the digital rear view mirror, it will interfere with that also. i personally...
  11. Hood Scoop Flutter/Rattle

a couple feet of this on the cowl will help. i just added some in the middle of my cowl. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BVVRCVB9?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1
  12. Bilstein products - any news yet?

depends on the spacer type. if its a preload collar, then it increases preload on the spring which in turn makes for a more harsh ride. top hat spacers get rid of down travel so the shocks can top out over bumps and slam down.
  13. Rear Creaking Sounds after installing Alldogs Offroad Rear Springs

the video almost sounds like a bushing. have you tried loosening the control arm bolts and then retorquing at ride height? may be worth a shot to see.
  14. Alldogs Offroad Front Springs Installed!

they have an install video on their YT
  15. Rock Sliders, which should I get? Poll included

Personally running RCI sliders. the Greenlane ones intrigued me because of weight savings, but if they're actually used as sliders, not sure how long an aluminum slider is going to hold up to repeated rock bashing.
