I installed the foam seal and mine leaks as well. I hadn't really looked into the source of the leak, but I have some plastic totes back there and they will have water in them at times. I have a bed extender and the totes are between the (folded) extender and the tailgate so water is coming in...

The dealer did this for me when I had it in for a recall.

This is the same symptom I was having in my 2024 that was supposedly fixed with TSB 25TC07. I just got the recall work performed this week and haven't hooked up a trailer yet so can't definitively say if it fixed it, but you may want to take a look at that.

I don't think it really matters especially since you are just enlarging an existing hole versus drilling a new one. Just find a bit slightly smaller than the tube and the tube should fit snug.

I bought the same cover. I just drilled out the existing holes to make them slightly larger so the drain tubes fit right in. No problems.

I've had mine about a month and have been sitting under 14 MPG until this week when it crept up into the 16s. I don't drive aggressively and took the air dam off right away but MPG has been really poor so far.

I put the RC 3.5" on mine. This is the first lift kit I've ever had to can't really comment on the pros and cons but I really like the looks of it.

I just took my truck in to the dealer for this issue with the TSB in hand. They said it would need to be there the entire day because an 'upper level tech' would need to diagnose it. I said 'here is the TSB...it tells you exactly what to do'. The day came and went and I never heard from them...
