  1. Need help deciding between Sport or Offroad

DeltaSeven, i love your call sign by the way. It would appear we have some common ground with our wants and needs. I too had to have that 14 inch touch screen and the leather seats at all costs. Unfortunately, Toyota now makes "package deal options" so ya gotta buy a whole lot of extra stuff...
  2. Gulf States Toyota - ripoff?

I agree with the OP and yourself. The gulf states always add extra crap on. I'm in Texas as well and found my dream build in Florida in June. Yep, $2,000 over MSRP and i don't care. Bought a $89 one-way airfare ticket and the salesman picked me up from the Melbourne airport. Drove it 1,300...

"To be, or not to be, that is the question" or in this case, "To remove, or not to remove, that is the question" So here's how it went down when i drove my new Taco home from Florida to Texas; the wife comes running out the front door saying "oh honey i love your new Taco". I say "yeah i love...
  8. I don’t understand the hype

Lol not sure if TacoScott is trolling or really is a 1st time Taco owner that didn't do the research. But first and foremost; "Serious lag in acceleration - feels like it’s stuck in quicksand" ; No way José . I have owned and driven a 1993 Toyota pickup-truck, the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd gen Tacos...
  9. The last great 4 banger

Hey man I love your build so far with one question; how hard would it be to remove the boom box speaker behind the back seat ? I need the extra space and don't couldn't even tell you how to turn on that oversize speaker.

Hey there slick willie so-cal-taco, Never, ever, call a Toyota Tacoma pickup-truck a freaking car. Or any other pickup truck made by a different manufacturer. We don't do that as pickup truck owners. Take a look at your title or vehicle registration and I promise you it will state...
