Nope. Specifically, what happened? That's a big umbrella.

It has no effect on the 360º camera system. You lose some view with the digital mirror. The only thing lost is the camera that looks into the bed.

Try turning the volume up when "she's" speaking. I don't listen to music. I usually have an audiobook playing and it mutes when a message notification comes through. It may be the app you're using to listen to music.

I turned mine off after driving it with/without/with ESE. It doesn't come from the console. It comes from the speakers. All of them, and it sounds real. It only comes on during acceleration. Here's an example in a Tundra: My Taco is an OR with the Premium package. It has the hood silencer...

I'm not sure the app has anything to do with the transfer of data. Your truck is connected with AT&T cell service. That's why I can start the truck a hundred yards away, using the app on my phone.

I wasn't going to, but I found starting the truck from the app was a great feature when the temperature was near 0º. And, of course, that's easier on the engine, too.

I do it myself using rolls of 3M PPF from Amazon. I only do the forward-facing metal parts. I've done this on the last three Taco generations and find the plastic doesn't chip like the metal does.
