    If you are talking about the lights inside the bed of some trim levels, the Smartcap doesn't cover them.

    I don't have a hybrid, but I don't think the hybrid engine turns off while you run errands. I think they only run on electric for short distances.

    21-22 on the highway. 7,000 miles, and I drive like an old man. I've got a 170 Smartcap and Cali Sliders that weigh a lot. Ten-ply tires. 24 MPG before winter fuel kicked in.

    Got a link? I suspect it's a clickbait article. How would any "journalist" know about a stolen 2025 tailgate? And I would think a tailgate theft story would have shown up here or on the other forums or on the Facebook groups. And I don't believe any have.
