The standard "full size" spare on the TRD OR is a 245/70R17. So it should work. I don't know if your steel spare wheel is the same however.

Did you keep the stock steel spare tire rim? Trying to figure out what size tire will reasonably fit on the spare. Having a stock spare that's almost 2" smaller diameter is a total cheapout on Toyota's part. The 245/70R17 is hardly a "full size." It's more like a smedium size.
