Ahhh, OK. I never put my previous Tacoma on ramps or jack stands for engine oil changes or gear oil changes for the 18 years that I owned it and performed 100% of the maintenance on it, but I was 18 years younger when I started.
I recently did a thorough major service on my old silver TRD...
I also drive the same flavor of Tacoma. I'm coming up on my 1st oil & filter change in the next week or two, probably at 700 or 800 miles.
Why can't I just drive it up onto my ramps? I don't see any obvious conflicts, but I might be missing something.

You may have the answer there. I don't even have the Chassis and Engine option listed when I open Carista. I sent in a question to them, but your theory makes sense.
I think I have everything else in your captured list. I even selected almost all of the same settings as you did.
I did tell...
Hey there Wags, can you tell me where the fake engine noise delete is? I just got Carista, took a look around my truck yesterday, and I could not find any engine sound enhancement parameter in my TRD OR premium. Perhaps there are only certain specific Tacoma models that got that...
I am assuming that you are directly monitoring the current draw on your battery. If so, just drop the leads down to the ground and out to whatever instrument that you are using to measure parasitic draw.
Then you can just close the hood.

I chose an Orvis hammock style seat cover for my back seat. My lab doesn't like to ride in the front seat, and I'm fine with that choice of hers. I got her the Orvis "Grip-Tight® Quilted Hose-Off".
I have no idea what an iso-dynamic seat is.
