They are very cool looking for our tailgates but being 69 years old and having a bad knee I need something softer like the bed rug tailgate cover.. I think it looks great on your truck
Just checked my mileage the right way.. fill up and do the math. 18.6 and I drive crazy at times and other times just poking along with no freeway just country roads. When the tank gets down to 1/4 I just fill it back up
Everything works as it should. The guy that installed the system has been doing installations like this for 35 years. He owns the business and I have known him for 15 years. The amp that I have costs me 650 and the dsp was 675 all timed and tuned. No issues with the head unit. All I can tell ya...
Yes. JBL doesn’t make a premium sound system for our trucks, of course that’s just my opinion changed all the speakers to focal and added an audio dynamics mk1000.6 amp a audio dynamics dsp812 and lots of sound proofin..it will rattle the windows
When I had the bags in my tundra I would drain all the air out of them when not hauling or towing. I know the manufacturer does not like that but i never had any issues in the 7 years they were on the truck and yes I had the cradles. They are a must when going off-road or putting the truck up on...
Actually it was a little more than that.. all speakers are focal.. the door speakers were 800 for the 4 of them. The amp is an audio dynamics mk1000.6 with an audio dynamics dsp812-hifi plus all the fancy wires and connector..the center bluetooth speaker is long gone. I use that in my ranger...
I was going to do the same thing with adding the beat sonic amp and changing out the door speakers.. talked to a buddy of mine and he convinced me to let him fix the problem.. now my system sounds so wonderful I can’t believe it.. I can get all the windows to get fuzzy from the bass. Best 2200...
I wired a Rigid light bar on my tundra that was controlled by the high beam trigger wire.. was great nice and brite but you need to turn them off with oncoming traffic. Even if wired with a dedicated switch you need it off so as no way you are going to blind people.. most good bars are not sae...
If your going to be doing any kind of wheeling in the rocks you should go with the E rated.. I spent a lot of time in the north woods of Maine while bear hunting.. had many flats until I put on E rated tires with 2 spares.. solved that problem
