In 2WD one wheel drives the rear axle. In 4WD one wheel is ALSO driving the front axle. In 4WD LOW with the rear axle locked, BOTH rear wheels are driving. So (in a Tacoma!) it is at best a 3WD vehicle. Wish we could engage the locker in 4high and even 2WD like other manufacturers, but...

I’m in Canada and the fob works just fine, from day one! Caveat there is… range! Truly terrible range! But yeah, the fob DOES work in Canada. Sales person who told you otherwise should know better!

Yeah, it ain’t ‘all that!’ Gotta be ‘in range’ with the fob. Which I find is stooopid close to the truck. What’s the point of remote start if you gotta stand next to it to start it? ?

Just wondering… you mentioned earlier you tried but didn’t like the XT’s. In ‘your size’ they weigh 50.3lbs. What was the issue? Ride, noise, looks…?

Are those drain tubes from a tonneau cover at the front of the bed? If so, does the mat fit tight enough to impede drainage thru the tubes?
