It does. I had to get some different bolts to get it to fit the channels on roof top rack but it does come with the bolts. Whether they fit your specific rack is another story.

When it didn't "stick" do you remember if you shifted out of park before the screens loaded up? I know that's kicked my settings out. When you start the truck, make sure to give it enough time to initialize the stereo screen and sync up to the info screen.
