Ironically thats the set of instructions they sent me when I contacted them. Unfortunately it's a completely different rack. The parts aren't anything alike. But do appreciate your help - you've actually already done a considerably more amount than the company I bought the rack from has lol.

Exactly... I don't plan to give them any future business and Im guessing if there is a problem with the rack or a warranty issue, I have little hope of being helped.
