Coverking has 2024 covers. I've used theirs for over a decade and they fit super well and look great. The ballistic are great for the back seat if you have pets. I also like the 2 tone of the neoprene so you can do black + a color that matches your exterior.

ABS/ASA or PC/PCCF are probably your best bet. You shouldn't need an enclosure if you're printing very small objects. Just use the draft shield feature in your slicer. PCCF doesn't even need that most of the time.

I suspect it's not an issue of waiting for a QC check. Probably Toyota found a recallable issue and are getting it fixed at the ports rather then forwarding to dealers and having to do an actual recall.
I can't imagine they wouldn't have had the foresight to staff enough QC personnel knowing...
