This is a complicated question and one that I've wrestled with a lot because I too drive a lot of forest service roads but my truck is also my daily driver. For reference, I've owned Bilstein 5100, Fox 2.0, and custom tuned Fox 2.5 DSC suspensions (these were tuned for comfort and forest roads)...
That's a real bummer! You could check around, maybe someone is selling their used TRD OR suspension after upgrading and you could replace your own coilover faster than the dealer. Alternatively, any of the aftermarket coilovers (Icon, Fox, King, etc) will completely replace the top hat and solve...
For agressive bumpers, I like this one: https://southernstyle-offroad.com/collections/tacoma-2024-up/products/southern-style-full-plate-front-bumper-24-toyota-tacoma?_pos=1&_fid=70c011dc5&_ss=c
Not sure I could bring myself to cut the front facia, but maybe one day.
I also find it hard to read. I sanded my dipstick a little bit and it maybe helped a little bit but nothing to get super excited about. The factory should have added hash marks. Maybe I'll add some with the dremel at some point.
Maybe her meter wasn't calibrated right. She tried hard to convince me to go 20% on the fronts, but I went 35% because my OCD is ok with the front windows being lighter than the back, but not the other way around... go figure.
I did 35% on the front. They're a little bit lighter than the rear windows, but I'm happy with the end result. The tint shop I used metered the rear windows at around 25-26% if I remember correctly.
I often have issues with Gaia on the truck screen while driving. I've found that leaving my phone unlocked and Gaia open on it can help. I've always wondered if it's an iPhone/Carplay issue or if it's a Gaia issue. Are you on iPhone or Android?
I've never used OnX, but I know many people like...
I like to use Aerospace 303 Interior cleaner. If it's just light dust, then I'll sometimes just use a dry microfiber towel for a real quick wipe.

Is the boot torn or did some grease just get squeezed out from the clamp? It's too hard to tell from the picture. If it's not torn, then I think installing the shocks may have caused some grease to squeeze out.
