Bad MPG is a very commonly reported problem with Turbos. If you are gentle with them they can definitely hit much better MPG numbers than their larger non-turbo equivalents. That is how they end up getting their EPA ratings, but once you trigger that turbo it...
Yeah, and this thread is all about the trailhunter. You answered like you were trying to counter the high prices of the trailhunter. What does the OR have to do with that?
I don't know anything about method wheels, but when the market has one very strong players that most flock to you can often find very good value in the alternatives that are trying to compete.
FYI, here is a picture of the tuxmat prototype from the thread on here. Compare this to the husky above. There is no competition here. The battle was decided before it began.
I can't say enough good things about tuxmat. They are perfect in just about every way. The coverage seems to have zero competition as it goes all the way up the carpet sidewall. Pretty much all carpet is covered.
Meanwhile, it doesn't lose it's shape, is easy to clean, and offers just the right...
So even if the wiring is there, I very much expect the inverter that drives it will not be there. That is some very expensive hardware and it would be crazy for Toyota to spend that money including it in trims not using it. However, if the wiring and hardness is actually there, it may be rather...
Tuxmats have a tendency to look like they are fabric, but they very much are not. They are just textured that way. They do have some plush to them, but in a good way. They are vey much waterproof and wash clean just as easy as any other all-weather mat. Better than most.
I've only tried Tuxmat and Weathertech, but there really is no debate between the two. Tuxmat absolutely DESTROYS Weathertech in every category. Tuxmat has WAY better coverage, better durability, easier to clean, and actually holds its shape. I will probably never buy another brand mat.
I don't have a Tacoma so I can't test this myself, but virtually every vehicle now a days has a way to turn off the center display, and that is on top of the ability to dim the screen and control the contrast.
