Putting plastic covered wheels on a limited is shameful. I plasti-dipped mine as a temporary measure. Getting the factory plastic and adhesive off will be a big challenge - i think. The Trailhunter hunter spare wheel looks like the limited wheel without the plastic.

I got the Trailhunter skid plate and Votex valve. Part #SMQDP006. With the TH skid, its not worth trying to change oil without removing skid plate. The bolt holes that allow the skid to hang make it easier. Very quick to do without lifting truck but i like to lift it for easier access.

I put the phone under my truck and it does flutter more when it goes into gear. Doesn't sound as pronounced as the recording in the OP. I didnt notice it before.

I dont think mine does that. Sounds like a chattering solenoid.

My Limited has the wiper melt lines. Great feature but wouldn't it make more sense to have it activated by the Windshield Defogger switch instead of rear window defogger ?
