You'll find a faction on several forums that feel the spray-on liner is overkill with a composite bad. The OEM bedliner gets good reviews and probably all most folks needs. There are also several other options available with more coming online weekly. Might pay to hold off a little.

I wonder if there was a batch of bad parts? Plus, you shouldn't have to drive thousands of miles for the transmission to start working correctly.

I was able to sit down with my sales rep. We were discussing the allocation system, he claims that Toyota doesn't ship until there is enough trucks to fill the boat and since they have multiple ports to serve that takes a few weeks to accomplish.

I found a dealer who had a Limited allocation in Wind Chill. I asked for a color change to Red which was submitted and approved by Toyota. That was last week. Build date is mid-August with estimated delivery date mid to late September.
