I really like DRCC in the Taco. The only thing I think it could do better is read stopped cars from farther out, I want to slow down for stopped highway traffic way sooner than the truck.
You can always switch to normal cruise by clicking the cruise steering wheel button a second time.
This post is meant to be informational and I hope someone with some Internts know-how could help with an idea.
Information: OEM Toyota parts can be purchased from autoparts.toyota.com. During Checkout you have to select a dealer to buy the parts from. Some people will select a local dealer to...
From another forum regarding doors and things done for audio. Lot's to go into here.

I think trolls do things intentionally, @goin2drt didn't understand what was happening and made an obnoxious comment. The troll behavior is denying he was being annoying and then not owning up to his mistake like an adult would do.
Oh well, it makes for a good read for anyone coming to this...
Everything I have read about similar installs (plenty of them online despite what others here think) is you might just get slightly off axis readings from a v1 in regards to direction.
Like I said before, the v1 has a rear facing antenna that still work great when "looking through" your car...
Here is the radar with the forward facing antenna facing forward in the headrest. Do you really think your first message wasn't rude and condescending?
Dude, you came in telling me I did something wrong and idiotic. The v1 is in the headrest, it's facing forward. You literally can't see that in the photo.
Think about it, the v1 has a forward and rear facing antenna. They both work when in the front of a car installed on the front windshield...
If you don't understand how this works maybe try not being an ass. It's still facing forward, it's just in the rear of the truck. Both antenna have clear line of sight. It's not a first in any way.
Sometimes thinking you know everything makes you seem like an idiot.
I did a full stealth radar detector installation. I say it's very boring because it was easy and it's fully hidden. I don't like having a visible radar detector as it can attract unwanted attention (from cops and criminals). I wanted to use a switched power source because I travel to VA that has...
If it's a warranty repair or diagnosis that takes longer than a day they will provide a loaner or reimburse you for one. It's part of the transportation assistance program. Unless you're in Canada, then I don't know what happens.
But I would say, until it's an issue no need to get bothered by...
Anyone want to test this out. Figured it could be helpful if I made it right. Please let me know if I made any mistakes. @Gfenza89 feel free to add this to you OP if you would like.

Coming from manual transmissions I would describe it as the rpm's hang during the shift and the clutch is let out a bit fast causing a slight bump feeling.
Not sure if that makes sense.
Does anyone know if the parking sensors have a dedicated fuse? I'm trying to figure out if there is a way to add a dash button to quickly disable park sensors like previous Tacomas and current tundras instead of having to use the dash every time.
I'm guessing you have to press an accessory button to turn on everything meaning a remote start with the app wouldn't do anything? What about using the emergency/manual key to lock/unlock?
Ps I don't have the hybrid so I don't know anything about it's operation. Just chiming in.
Just a heads up, always check Fred Anderson Toyota parts department. They almost always run 20% off and add the seasonal discounts and free shipping on most parts. You'll see the full discount after adding to the cart and inputting shipping address!
