Have you connected the Smart Cap brake light yet? If not, I highly recommend using the 1.25 or 1.5 in hole saw that the Smart Cap Install video uses. It is WAY easier and cleaner. I made the mistake of trying to use the drill bits in the instruction manual, and now I have a hole to fix. :)

Nice setup! I did the same with my TRD ORP (decked, Smart Cap, and Topper EZLift Nomad Package)) I actually went out camping last weekend with my wife and we loved the setup. Got some tweaks to make but I'm definitely looking forward to camping out of my truck.

I recently contacted Off Road Alliance, and they said my Smart Cap should ship early August, so this is tracked. I placed my order on June 3rd.

I haven't noticed any sag. I don't have the decked fully loaded, but I don't expect to carry a ton of weight normally with it.

ok the midsize drawer is ~ 34" W x ~46" D x ~8" H. There is a little more width than what I captured here but the base where you can lay your storage bins flat is ~34".

Today I installed the Decked Midsize drawer for my TRD ORP. I really like the larger drawer and storage bins that come with purchase. I can access the power outlet on the right, but need to modify the USB ports on the left to get access with the decked installed.

I've had no vibration issues on TRD OR and I just did a 3k mile road trip. I have 8.4K miles on the truck and I'm running all stock.

I'm glad you got the windsheid in, I just got a chip in my windshield after my road trip. Luckily it's really small and I'm getting it filled on Saturday by Safelite. I would assume safelite would be having issues getting a full windshield too, but I'll ask when I take my truck in on Saturday.
