  1. Ark TriXpoly Mudflaps Installed on Trailhunter

I just finished installing the Ark mudflaps on my 2024 Trailhunter. Ark now has a part number specific to the Trailhunter and Pro with their wider fender flares. I replaced my OEM Canadian mudguards for the Ark product primarily to improve coverage and protection from gravel and rocks hitting...
  2. Mudflaps for Trailhunter?

Over the weekend I installed the Ark mudflats specifically designed for the Trailhunter (and TRD-Pro) and the wider fender flares. I like the look of my original Canadian factory mudguards, and the Ark guards are definitely a different look. I’d say I like them about the same. The catch is that...
  3. Mudflaps for Trailhunter?

Canadian here.. these mud guards are not as great as people think, in my opinion. Within 2 weeks of in-town driving, with stock tires and setup, the front-side of my rear fender flares were showing signs of being peppered with rocks. The ARK flaps are better, and I'm even happier with the Rokblox.
  4. Justin’s do-it-all TRD Off-Road build

We are so glad to hear that the Softopper has been a valuable addition to your truck! It looks awesome on there! Thanks for the support—glad your setup is working just how it should!
  5. Justin’s do-it-all TRD Off-Road build

Did you say the trans got hot on 4H ? How ? And why so i avoid this happening to mine ?
  6. Justin’s do-it-all TRD Off-Road build

...from the trans getting hot in 4-hi i’ve had no complaints. Next changes after the suspension were a Softopper to add a little functionality, some ARK micro flaps and the Sixth Element trail pipe. The Softopper has to be one of my favorite changes to the truck, super easy to install/remove...
  7. 2025 Wind Chill Pearl Limited Chrome Delete build

Do you know how much the front lower bumper was to replace? Also did it mess up the camera, thinking of doing this mod.
  8. Mudflaps for Trailhunter?

I had bought the ARK micro flaps for my build but they won't fit. I have the Seibon Carbon Fiber flares which are wider like the PRO and TH but they also have a recessed screw hole so they are not flat where the mud flap would attach. They can't mount behind because the flare curves down...
  9. Mudflaps for Trailhunter?

...expensive, especially when shipped to the Yukon in Canada ,but SOOOOO worth it! Running 35x11.5r18 Wildpeaks, removed the crash bar, have the ARK crash bracket delete and had the ARK full mud flaps. The tires were rubbing/catching on the mud flaps. The way Rokblokz designed this system...
  10. Any Trailhunter Owners in Utah to help Rokblokz make mudflaps?

...expensive, especially when shipped to the Yukon in Canada ,but SOOOOO worth it! Running 35x11.5r18 Wildpeaks, removed the crash bar, have the ARK crash bracket delete and had the ARK full mud flaps. The tires were rubbing/catching on the mud flaps. The way Rokblock designed this system...
  11. Tacoma Limited : Blackout Progress

Im looking at buying a limited and blacking it out. Was wondering if you can answer some questions. Minus wheels and tires ball park cost to do this in parts? Any hassles putting in parts? Any reason why you didnt go with wrapping them? I was thinking of going the route of wrapping the grill and...
  12. RIGd RambleSwing installed. RIP departure angle.

...Rock chips everywhere, the rear is completely peppered from rocks bouncing off the swing and into the tailgate. I am running full length Ark Mudflaps, but it didn't do anything. Maybe the rigd swing is a little higher and you won't have an issue. Just something to be aware of or you may...
  13. New member - Westchester NY, '24 Silver TRD OR

...silver, short bed. It's over 12200 miles now and I think this is it. My ideal car set up would be a Carolla hatchback for city driving and parking, and a pick up, but not there yet. At this moment, there's only minor mods such as stripes and side steps and ARK front mud flaps. I have a AWE...
  14. Tacoma #3 -- new Member

...SO much different than my old tacos and even than our 5th gen 4 Runner, mostly in the engine and transmission feels. Added my kids' seats, ARK mid-muds, Carista tweaks, oem rubber bed mat, fluid film. Waiting on an Undercover Select tonneau, Magnaflow Overland exhaust, and glass screen...
  15. TRD OR on Method 705 (+35 offset) and Nitto G3 tires (285/70/17) on stock suspension

I went with Ark mud flaps and I went with the mid versions. They pretty much cover all the poke that +25 gives.
  16. Must-Have Armor Mods for the 4th Gen Tacoma – DIY + Trail-Tested

  17. 2025 Tacoma TRD OR on Icon Rebound Pros 0 offset + 285/70/17 Nitto Ridge Grappler tires

Thanks man I almost went with 34s but these work for me and gas mpg stayed the same, yeah I got some ark micro flares going to have to test them out to see if I need to run the mud flaps for more protection
  18. Idaho Taco Build

...of TH amenities so I saved the money and went with an OR. I did end up buying a Pro style hood and front bumper trim and I did buy an after market rear bumper so the savings might not be as big as I originally calculated but its the direction I went. The list of mods is long. Most are...
  19. Rally Armor mud flaps and SXTH Elements bed step bracket for TH

Without seeing the Ark in person they look like a hard, not flexible material. That way if I come down off a rock and it hits the mud flap it will give and not damage anything. I fear a hard plastic could damage the body where it attaches. Some of the Ark look too small to really help much too.
  20. Best aftermarket mud flaps?

I ended up replacing the Toyota Canadian front mudflap with the Ark. The side paint, fender flare, and door handles were all getting blasted still. The Ark's are not 100%, but much better.
