Easy. Every tire has a spec sheet usually found on its website. The spec sheet lists all specs for all sizes of that the particular tires that’s available. In these, you’ll find the recommended, as well as, the tested rim widths.

A 285/75 would fit the bill. It’s likely going to be closer to 34” than a tire that says 34 on the side.. it’s more like 32.8-33.5. Just a tad over 11” width, it’s only a .25” on each side, should be fine.
Same issue with my TH. Vibration at hwy speeds on stock tires. Dealer rebalanced twice, did not fix issue. They told me to kick rocks. Think I had at least one defective tire. With low production trucks using a specific tire, I wouldn’t rule out a higher number of defective units. My next step...
