My pro was week 30 based on temporary VIN. Dealer said build date 8/6, or week 31. Got permanent VIN 8/6. Now waiting for delivery to dealer in upper Midwest, which I suspect will take longer.

backwards. 1 is soft. 3 is firm. Either way it says softer or firmer with directions to turn the adjustments.
