start stop isnt about mpg its about emissions. When you add up 10 seconds per light dozens of lights per day thousands of trucks it adds up.
It's not a requirement.
My hybrid will turn the engine on and off all the time as needed.
yeah they are starting to show up in allocations around here too. means its only 2-3 months from lots.
LA auto show is this weekend? probably make things official then
huh interesting. basically ready to go camping. just missing the tent. the problem is its probably going to be more expensive than all the individual accessories and then you dont get to pick what you want which is half the fun.
I see dozens of 25 allocations in my region the system right now. Pretty surprised toyota hasnt announced anything yet.
do we even have the full details on 4runner trims and pricing yet?
Any plans for an adapter to power a uniden radar detector? They use weird RJ11 (i think??) plugs for some reason unkonwn to me. wouldnt really need parking mode but it does seem more reliable than me doing a wire tap!
It wasnt the only reason but it was a major reason I went with the trailhunter instead.
Even the TH isn't the roomiest around and while I wont have people in back all the time the Pro seats basically make it completely unusable.
Let me disable audio sources. I dont use apple music or amazon music. I will never use apple music or amazon music. but if I want to switch from android auto music to the radio or thumb drive, it gives me some error about not having amazon music set up, freaks out, and five seconds later it...
I also had problems until I disabled battery optimizations on the toyota app and let it run in the backgrouind.
turns out samsung decided I didnt need that app and was killing it "to save battery".
Gonna just have to compare. I think the only way you get a super close match is if you get the trailhunter OEM wheels.
Methods have looked pretty good when I've seen them.
Hey all, just picked my truck up over the weekend and a winch is one of the first things I'm looking to figure out.
anyone have any recommended winch setups yet? Id like to try to keep the sensors working for dynamic cruise control.
What load rating? 10,000 lbs enough or should I bump it up?
They only send the boat once a month as far as i can tell. Mine was built a day or two after the month's boat left so it was basically worst case wait til the next one.
different coast and different logistics though.
Picked up my trailhunter today.
Built: Sept 10th
Delivered and picked up: Nov 9th.
The truck missed the boat by a couple of days so it basically took an extra 3-4 weeks.
i'll post some pics later, its been a long day of driving to and from the dealer.
