Yeah, the stereos in the new Tacoma are not the worst factory stereos I’ve ever heard. I’m sure like anything. They can use a good subwoofer. And that’s probably gonna be something available. That’ll be plug-in. Play for underneath the seat. Give it a little bit of time.
So technically yes but it’s not easy or cheap. You will need to order another speaker and OEM dock. They you will need to find a place to cut that dock in (not sure what your intent is). Then you need to get source audio.
So if let’s say you wanted to install one in the back of the truck...
I was expecting to find Auto Stop Start on my off-road when it arrived last week. I can’t find it and haven’t had it stop so I think the 2025 does not have it.
The ZR2 keeps them on at any speed that I can tell. I like it for checking blond spots like my 2015 accord used to do. A recorder interface seems obvious. Not sure what Toyota was thinking
I am surprised its that close on a trailhunter. If I am not mistaken they are 2.5" higher in the front than the OR. Would have thought that roughly 3/4 of an inch in tire size change would not have been that close.
Nic looking ride though
I ordered the TRD Pro wheels and have been shopping tire options. Your pics really helped me to narrow down my tire size. I have a 2025 TRD OR with the factory lift and the stock tires and offset look goofy.
However your comments about using the OR TPMS sensors has now got me on that...
It probably was. It was so loude 3 of my neighbors came running out of their houses to see what hit.
Thanks for taking the time to type all that out. Gravel parking lots are about as common on Long Island as Politicians.
Ill Hit up Google earth to see if I can find one.
Got me 2025 Taco home. Live on Long Island so off-roading places are limited. Beaches open on April 1. Testing putting it into 4L and 4H Saturday. Did. It seem to disengage from 4H (although the 4H icon went out). Drove and heard a loud clunk on a the . Backed up and went forward all seams...
