  1. 4g Remote Start is HORRIBLE!

I’m in Canada and the fob works just fine, from day one! Caveat there is… range! Truly terrible range! But yeah, the fob DOES work in Canada. Sales person who told you otherwise should know better!
  2. 4g Remote Start is HORRIBLE!

Yeah, it ain’t ‘all that!’ Gotta be ‘in range’ with the fob. Which I find is stooopid close to the truck. What’s the point of remote start if you gotta stand next to it to start it? ?

Awesome! Keep us posted. Very interested in what you settle on!!

  5. Bottom of front bumper TRD off-road?

HA! It’s a ‘space age, highly complex, composite material!’ ?
  6. Lasfit mats and bedliner

    Excellent, THX!
  7. Upgrading Trailhunter (or TRD Pro) tires?

Just wondering… you mentioned earlier you tried but didn’t like the XT’s. In ‘your size’ they weigh 50.3lbs. What was the issue? Ride, noise, looks…?
  8. Lasfit mats and bedliner

Are those drain tubes from a tonneau cover at the front of the bed? If so, does the mat fit tight enough to impede drainage thru the tubes?
  9. Help - MT Baja Legend EXP or Destination XT?

LOL, me too! (5%) Also our only vehicle. So far it’s working out great! ??
  10. Help - MT Baja Legend EXP or Destination XT?

Yup, the Legends look badass. Is saving 5.3lbs gonna fix what’s ailing you? EXP or MTZ? The EXP is most comparable to the XT and the MTZ is more of a ‘mudder.’ How much time will you spend in very rugged terrain? My XT’s ARE very comfortable on road and quite capable off road. DT sounds like...
  11. 4 ply or 10 ply?

Yes, these are the lightest ‘E’ rated tires! Very happy with the ride from them. These are OEM size (265/70R18) Diameter is same as stock. (32.6”) Good luck!
  12. 4 ply or 10 ply?

All but none, for road noise! They are really quite good.
  13. 4 ply or 10 ply?

Firestone Destination XT. They are the lightest ‘E’ rated tire out there. Ride very well!
  14. 2025 Tacoma Prices Released. Price Cuts on TRD Pro and Trailhunter

My ORP Hybrid went UP $1655!! (Canada) Only thing different perhaps, is we don’t have Tacomas sitting on the lots, like in some areas in the US. Supply and demand…? ??‍♂️
  15. ‘E’ Rated Tire Pressures

Yeah, I just don’t wanna ‘wear them out’ prematurely.
  16. ‘E’ Rated Tire Pressures

    Same as OEM… 265/70R18
  17. ‘E’ Rated Tire Pressures

OK, but do we run them at that? (I’m talking ON road)
  18. ‘E’ Rated Tire Pressures

I’ve put ‘E’ rated (Firestone Destination XT) tires on my OR Hybrid. Anyone have experience with the correct air pressure to run them at? Door sticker says 30lbs, but would be to low for this ‘heavier duty’ tire. (So I was told) This would be for everyday driving on streets/highways. THX!
  19. Toyota App to remote start engine - not working

Noticed the same. I wonder if some ‘weight’ is required to be on the seat? My wife (passenger seat) went into a store while I remained in the truck. (Hybrid running) Her seat while still ‘on’ cooled off but started heating up when she got back in the vehicle.
  20. Slippery bed on Tacoma

When did you get yours? Been trying to get one (I’m in Canada) for five months, and ‘NOPE!’ Plant burned/tornado took it away/swept away in a flood/blah, blah, blah! Thinking maybe different suppliers for ‘you’ guys…?
