So my idea to fix it instead of spending money in new liner is to: - back of the liner : patch with some strong waterproof fabric + PU adhesive - bond the cut of the two liner together with the PU - front : second patch, same as the first And maybe sew everything together for more strength...

[my concern is about everything (mud, salt water) that are going to go in the fender because of this cut. The purpose is to have nothing going there

I discovered this morning when removing my mudflap that the guy who did my rustreatment cut the felt liner instead of taking off the clips… If anyone has a solution to fix it. I don’t want to buy two new felt because of the price it cost… The cut I behind the mudflap I live in the rust...

Does anyone have any idea how to fix it?

It was just 3 cheap plastic clips to remove…. Now my liner is not strong behind the mudflap instead flap…. I cannot imagine next winter with the snow… ice everything

What I discover today when taking off the put flap….he cut the liner behind the mudflap instead of just remove them…. Very angry
