Are the Tacoma tailgate letters in the 24 the same size as the Lettering indents for 23 and prior?

My 22 Trail Boss does this with Apple Car Play nav as well. I think its a cellular issue more than the vehicle. I just taught myself to look for the road I need a little sooner. Seems to do better in 5Guw locations.
