  1. 2024 Tacoma TRD Pro on 35s

Exactly what I’m thinking of doing and maybe go with the AT4W which is a load rating c duraspec in that size.
  2. 2024 Tacoma TRD Pro on 35s

Exchanging messages with this guy on Reddit. Sounds like he is not going to carry a 35” spare. I thought that was a no go to mismatch, but he’s going to go for it. Added the Westcott precollar lift to it. Also, thanks mods for moving this post to the correct thread.
  3. 2024 Tacoma TRD Pro on 35s

Would love to know more about this.
  4. 2024 TRD ProSquatch

Hey, man. You got my truck. Oh, wait. Mine is being built Tuesday. Watching this to steal ideas. Thanks in advance!
  5. Help Deciding which Truck - TRD Pro or Canyon AEV

This is also super helpful experiential. I see these posts on tacos running 300k, but not so many GM vehicles.
  6. Help Deciding which Truck - TRD Pro or Canyon AEV

Appreciate the vote. Ha ha. Seriously though, I agree on the tech in the Taco. I wish GM had put a digital rearview on the editions with the spare in the bed.
  7. Help Deciding which Truck - TRD Pro or Canyon AEV

I agree. I don’t think I can go wrong and I’m super lucky to be in the position to make this decision. Thanks.
  8. Help Deciding which Truck - TRD Pro or Canyon AEV

Thanks. This is exactly the kind of input I’m hoping for.
  9. Help Deciding which Truck - TRD Pro or Canyon AEV

Maybe - I’m hoping this is the last vehicle purchase for me for 10 years or so. So….take that as you will. With GMs reputation for reliability historically, I’ve worried about that a lot. Our 4Runner is at 140k miles and could go another 140k. It’s my wife’s and she wants a Bronco or maybe Land...
  10. Help Deciding which Truck - TRD Pro or Canyon AEV

Hey, all. New to the forum. Don’t flame me for this thread. I live in the mountains of Colorado surrounded by amazing and difficult forest service roads available to access camping, hiking, and recreating. A few years back we bought a F-150 Raptor 3rd Gen and it has been great. Our...
  11. 2024 Tacoma TRD Pro Full Transmission Replacement After 342 Miles

I’ve got nothing but time on the way home. I’ve got a hundred or so miles the first day. A few hundred the second day and then a longer haul on the 3rd. The first 3 days should ease the process, I hope.
  12. 2024 Tacoma TRD Pro Full Transmission Replacement After 342 Miles

Ahh, that’s good to know. Definitely appreciate getting any information about what’s happening. Dealer has been great, but patience is not my strong suit.
  13. 2024 Tacoma TRD Pro Full Transmission Replacement After 342 Miles

Sorry, OP. Hope this gets resolved. I’ve got one on deposit getting built sometime soon (week 30 per temp vin, 8/6 per dealer). I’ll be driving it 1,000 miles from the dealership home. Had to get that ADM-free, you know? Hoping for the best! Good luck with yours.
  14. The First 2024 Tacoma TRD PRO (Terra) in Las Vegas is Mine!

Nice - still not sure I want to be the first one, but we’ll see.
  15. The First 2024 Tacoma TRD PRO (Terra) in Las Vegas is Mine!

@Jayzeee - getting an ice cap delivered in a month or so and wondering about tires. Can you confirm this is a full-size spare? Any idea if a 34” would fit in the spare location? Any pics you could share? I’m definitely swapping tires, but trying to decide between wild peak at4w 265/70r18...
  16. Upgraded the spare tire on TRD Offroad to 265/70/17

I’m almost 100% confident at this point that the pros and Trailhunter come with a full size spare, but this would be an increase in size for a 32.6” tire to a true 34”.
  17. Upgraded the spare tire on TRD Offroad to 265/70/17

I’m waiting for someone to try. I’ve got a Pro getting delivered in the next month or so and I’d like to go with the duraspec wild peak 285/70r18s.
  18. Upgraded the spare tire on TRD Offroad to 265/70/17

What I want to know is whether we can fit a 285/70r18 (34”) in that spare location. Otherwise, I guess I’m sticking with 33s.
