About how long did it take to get delivered from when you ordered it? Looking to buy a set from Longo also or debating on waiting for aftermarket options.
You should be fine, good luck brother! I might be able to make a video this weekend if you don’t get it done by then but honestly you won’t need it. Once you start feeling around in there you’ll be able to figure it out.
I was able to remove mine without breaking any of the tabs. Just go from the front and release each tab and once all is released it should just pop out. Just be patient and gentle don’t force it.
Oh man I really wish RRW makes the RR7-H in a more friendly offset for the 2024 Tacoma. Something around a +20 would be nice and hubcentric. Any pictures of the amount of poke from that -12?
Yes it is unfortunately, but it comes with a 1 month free trial. Just cancel before it renews and you’re good. Luckily, most of the things you change is set it and forget it, so most likely won’t need another subscription. If you do need to change things later on, they offer a 1 month for $10 I...
Super easy to remove. It’s held on by 3 tabs, 1 top left, 1 top right, and 1 bottom middle. You can feel around for them by putting your fingers through the front of the emblem.
Damn that looks amazing!!! Do you happen to have a picture straight on from the front and back? I was looking to go 285/75/17 with 17x8.5 +25 but not sure if the tires would look too skinny. I want a little wider setup so maybe 305/70/17 would work better for me. It’s about the same height wise...
Yes, 50% on the windshield. Exactly, the privacy aspect is amazing also. I can sing along to Taylor Swift and not feel like I’m being judged. Lol just kidding…. or am I? ??
It is quite a bit darker but I like the privacy it provides as well, and how it looks also. It’s a little lighter in person especially in direct sunlight, video was taken on a somewhat overcasty day.
Windshield tint is a game changer for sure. Air 80 and similar options are great for heat...
This is very similar to where I live. I think law enforcement here know that most people tint their windshields primarily for the heat, so they tend to leave you alone.
Honestly, with 50% sometimes I don’t even notice I have tint on the windshield. Visibility is great at night.
From a quick google search, it looks like only windshields have some UV protection and the rest of the glass, privacy included, does not. This is a general statement and not specific to...
That is also a popular option but where I live, having ceramic tint over the privacy glass is definitely a must do. The factory privacy glass is just darker glass and has no heat rejection properties, which I need, especially when it’s over 100 degrees out.
Definitely check your local tint laws as they differ from state to state but to my knowledge most if not all states, it is illegal to tint your whole windshield. As far as front windows, I believe it’s roughly around 35% VLT for the legal limit. I live in Nevada, so it gets very hot in the...
