$49k is way too low for the new TRD Pro.
The expensive hybrid drivetrain and complex air suspension seats guarantee a big jump in price. I predict mid to high $50’s for the TRD Pro model.
With the hybrid drivetrain expenses and high tech air suspension seats expect a major jump in pricing. I think it will be competitive with the 2024 Ranger Raptor. I predict at least $56k. If it’s any less I will be shocked.
I do think the new TRD Pro is the best looking of the new Tacoma‘s.
The cool air suspension seats along with a Pro exclusive color for 2024 will help ensure exclusivity. You aren't going to see a TRD Pro at every traffic light.
The full suspension seats are awesome. I wonder if they will be standard or optional. I like the 326 horsepower and 465 lb-ft. numbers.

I am very curious about the new front and rear suspension. Will it be at the Raptor level? Thankfully Toyota finally ditched the antiquated rear leaf springs.
That‘s the million dollar question. I believe it would the 1st hybrid vehicle to offer a manual transmission. My guess? The manual will only be offered on the non-hybrid trims.
