@Airborne i have a late September build Trailhunter and absolutely love it. If the build is what your wantingI wouldn’t hesitate for a second and better pricing.
Great looking build. Was thinking of doing the Novsight 3" Halo pods on my Trailhunter, do they clear the air intake when you open the hood, if so what mounts did you use and how well do they perform as ditch light’s?
Yep, mine is still 100% stock. On my 17 Pro, when I went to E rated KO2’s, I went from 19.5 down to 16. Just one of the prices you pay for looks and capability off road.
Dry pavement, never. If i’m on a dirt road for a while, wet or dry, I put it in 4hi just to let it run. Sometimes I’ll even drop it to 4low for the same reason.
So I purchased and installed today a “Filterwears” K338 pre-filter. Used a 6” clamp to secure and went for a drive. No issues so far. Will check in a week or two to make sure it stays in place. I hope that if water does get into the intake this winter that this stops any water entry into the...
@Baltimore I like the look of that. Do you know the T-rail weight capacity? I can't seem to find note of it on RealTruck. Not sure if I can adapt the Sports Rack to it but might be worth a try. Thank you.
Was thinking about going Decked but very disappointed in their approach to dealing with power and air compressor. At their price, they should have a better solution.
Any other recommendations? I'd like a little better weight rating than the One and the Pro is more than I'd want to spend on an unknown if I can make this work.
I love the way the Sports Rack looks on my Trailhunter. I'm thinking of modifying the rack so that I can mount it on a retractable tonneau.
What would be the recommendations for the best retractable tonneau with T-Rails or similar that can handle this or an HD beck rack in the future?
