Was your truck ever on QC hold? That’s apparently the reason why some are stuck, and would be interesting data if it was or not.

I have a manual OR coming as well with the stabilizer. I asked my dealer today about this (had estimated build date of 2/1) but they had no information or know about anything changing on mine. Again for me, I really don’t have a preference on it or not.
