Which dealer are you working with? Any idea if this port hold is all TH's coming to the Bay Area or just specific TH's?

Just got text notification from my dealer that Toyota released the QC hold. No changes in process step (i.e. truck still in Lazaro port) but does mean it should start moving again.

I'm in line for a TH and been eyeing the GFC RTT shell as well. Any idea if the front window of the shell can open to be passthrough into the cab, and whether the whole shell is compatible with the rear cameras (in bed view and digital rearview mirror)?
