That is not what I said. The heated seats issues I mentioned has been discussed many, many, many times here. The configurator does not show heated seats as part of any UPGRADE packages but they are included based on what has been delivered. You cannot select upgrade package WITH heated seats...

The configurator is wrong. Just like it not listing heated seats in the upgrade packages. look at every off road delivered and then the window sticker. the blackout package is more then just the side letters. You can get blackout with off road, but the letters on the sides are standard.
