Makes sense for your use, I'm in Vegas where mud is almost nonexistent and big rocks and shitty rutted trails are plentiful. Plus I think the TRD Pro plate just looks neat.
Mark this under things I didn't know I needed but bought for $10 on the internet. Any reason you guys chose to name them Crossmember End Caps instead of High Lift Jack Point End Caps? When I first read the title I thought it would be for some actual crossmember under the truck.
Finally got my front skid plates on. The mismatch isn't as horrendous as I thought it would be and the TRD Pro skid plate matches the NYTOP recovery points pretty well.
Still have to get my rear end Trailhunter skid plate on and get the correct fuel tank strap to get the OEM full length fuel...
Hello, I recently received my OEM Fuel Tank Skid Plate (Part #PT938-35244) and when I went to install it, I found out that you either have to buy the rear most tank strap with the mounting studs separately or that Sparks Parts did not include it with the skid plate if it was supposed to be...
Not only is it plastic (beefier plastic with bracing don't get me wrong), it also does not come with the replacement fuel tank strap with mounting studs. That has to be purchased separately. Or the nuts for mounting it to the fuel tank strap that it doesn't come with.
Autozone / Oreillys also sell Allen shaped (L) Torx wrenches, that and a cheater bar would definitely do the trick. These were pretty damn tight when I swapped out the OEM d rings for billet ones.
