Toyota dealer or online Toyota parts seller. FYI that is for a transverse mounted engine so if you are thinking about trying to use it on a Tacoma it probably won't fit.
I have had mine (both sides) replaced. They were perfect when first replaced but over several months they looked just like the original ones. So I ordered the plastic wedges. Fingers crossed yours stay nice and flat.
The list would be too extensive but here are some examples.
Big Tires and lift kit:
If the dealer determines that your lift/tires M A Y have caused or contributed to suspension component wear/issues, overheating transmission, abnormal tire wear, drivability issues (hunting for gears, sluggish...
Yes its small enough. Take your time and maybe even use several coats allowing dry time between. I scraped my bumper about the size of a dime and had no problem touching it up.
I use Doctor Colorchip. Yes factory touch up is runny and generally looks worse than the scratch. This stuff is much easier to use and gives good results.

The Tacoma already comes with this part. So I would be spending money on your part to replace my part that came with the truck and is “similar”. I’m not sure how well these will sell. 🤷🏻‍♂️
Yes. It is random for me. Maybe every 10-15 starts. Only moves down, never up. Haven't addressed it with the dealer because its not reproducible at will. I believe I read on the forum that somebody thought it was related to remote starting. I haven't tested that theory however.
I think the problem isn't your install or anything you can control. Unfortunately those lights for $150 are not going to provide years of service. Quality lighting is expensive for a reason.
That is pretty substantial cupping for 20k. They are either mis-aligned or out of balance, or both. The wheel spacers increase the scrub radius. Its too late for these tires but I would find a good shop to check alignment specs and balance before I replaced them.
They will be just about as effective as having no flap at all. Get ready for hundreds of rock chips behind the front wheels. No mud flap on the market will protect the paint on these trucks.
It takes the combo of something like RokBlokz rally flaps with a wide running board to keep them chip...
I think they may have ordered the wrong part. I have the matt black ones on my limited and they fit perfectly. Here is what I got.
