finished my attemps and button popped up for system reset. Reset logged back in with the app and all my presets came back. Works like new. Thanks for the advice!

nope, didn't steal it paying dearly for it. I stopped by the dealership to see if it was an easy fix, and none of the techs have seen it before.

OK, I need help, I disconnected my battery and when I hooked it back up my head unit went into privacy lock password required. I don't remember setting a password and now my stereo won't work. Have an appointment at the dealer, but they've never seen it before so they're not sure what to do...
