No that wasn't it. All of that came off easily. There was left over "shadow" of the badges. Likely wax build up or something.

Alright detailers, how can I remove this ? When I debadged my truck I used some Maguires ultimate compound to get the "SR5/Tacoma" imprint off and now if the sun hits it just right you can see these swirls. Trying to avoid paying someone to fix it.

I ran 275/70R18 on stock suspension. Now have a small 1.5"/1" lift. Lost a bunch of mpgs compared to stock SR5. Got 26mpg on the highway across the state on my way home. Get around 19 now. Also a ton of information here on the forum if you search for it. The wheel/tire thread is great as well.

Again, doesn't vibrate anymore than the POS hoods we all already have. I too was anti scoop when I was shopping, but now I think it looks bad to the bone! I'll take my chances going completely blind with a totally blocked view in the Costco parking lot I guess 🤷‍♂️

I can appreciate that! Zero visibility issues with the scoop for me though. It really doesn't add that much height to the hood imo. I think it's kinda funny that people complain about visibility with the scoop and the proceed to "level" there trucks and set them nose high. Also all that flex...

Ended up with two sets of these. These are the High Gloss Black Flares. They have a some minor almost unnoticeable blemishes and one flare has a very small crack on the underside/wheel well side of one from when I was removing them (photo included). They come with the seal installed already...
