Estimated MPG for Hybrid Tacoma 2.4L iForce Max Fuel Economy

Unfortunately doesn't look like it. 24 tundra already rolling out. Maybe 25s? Most likely during mid cycle refresh, hopefully.

18.8 MPG offroading / 30 MPG potential seen on 2024 Tacoma TRD Pro iForce Max Hybrid

Being lighter weight than tundra, the gains should be a lil better, maybe 1-3 mpg more vs what tundra got, albeit a smaller motor. Being single turbo vs twin should help some too. Also, trd pro tundra drops to 18/20. And from all I've heard/read/seen via reviewers, tundra doesn't see any of...

    Rear Leg room?

Given what/how I see these small/midsized trucks to be made/used, I too wouldn't mind losing 2-3" of bed space to gain back some leg room.

    Rear Leg room?

How big is the bed in the maveric/Santa Cruz? All the ones I seen don't look like they can haul 4x8 sheets effectively. Looks to me like that's how they got their legroom. And yet I don't see that part mentioned enough. Someone, please prove me wrong...

Hood Scoop or not to Scoop ?

No purpose to have a non functional scoop or vents. Even if it may look cool. That lip/pockets just ruins the aerodynamics. May not be much, but it does.

Lifted 2024 Tacoma Build (SR5) w/ Toyota Accessories (TRD Lift Kit 2.5" Front / 2" Rear, Wheels, Exhaust, Bed Tire Carrier, Skid Plate, Etc)!

I wish rates were that low at a dealer, at least here in FL looking at 150-175/hr pending on area. But 2500 is very reasonable. I'd figure (springs, shocks, uca, skid) would cost 2500 alone. If all those parts are 1.8-2k before install, that's really good. Im guessing maybe 6-8 hrs labor max.

Lifted 2024 Tacoma Build (SR5) w/ Toyota Accessories (TRD Lift Kit 2.5" Front / 2" Rear, Wheels, Exhaust, Bed Tire Carrier, Skid Plate, Etc)!

I've got just a rear psd on my gladiator and I've been able to go just about anywhere and do most everything. I wouldn't go too extreme, but I can't say that I've ever needed a locker. Now if this motor wasn't a POS.... well, let's save that for another post 🫢

Blue Crush Metallic 2024 Tacoma TRD Sport i-Force MAX Hybrid -- exterior & interior first look!

Also depends if u sit with seat back leaned forward (straight up), neutral (little bit rear lean), or rearward (keep my head even with pillar so if I get shot at, there's still some metal protecting me. One person's 6' 2" may not be the same as another's (longer torso, shorter legs - vice-versa)

Lifted 2024 Tacoma Build (SR5) w/ Toyota Accessories (TRD Lift Kit 2.5" Front / 2" Rear, Wheels, Exhaust, Bed Tire Carrier, Skid Plate, Etc)!

I wouldn't think so. I'm sure it would've been on that example since it's a TRD Off Road kit. Sr and sr5 considered the economical trims. Save money cuz u don't need all the other goodies. Just necessities. Want a locker? Jump to prerunner, sport, or offroad... pending ur needs/wants. Briefly...

Lifted 2024 Tacoma Build (SR5) w/ Toyota Accessories (TRD Lift Kit 2.5" Front / 2" Rear, Wheels, Exhaust, Bed Tire Carrier, Skid Plate, Etc)!

Probably for 1 of, or both reasons 1. Not fully sealed and/or isolated 2. Liability Toyota is a much smarter company than some others

If this same lift is available for trdor, they may lose pro/th sales. Looks like enough room to squeeze 35s. That may be the route I go. Already have lights I can use instead of light bar, as well as on board air and tank. As for snorkel, I'll stay out of anything too deep. Edit: corrected my...

Official: 2024 Tacoma Sales Begin in December 2023

As for the staggering, that could be a ploy to get impatient buyers to buy now, upgrade later. Later being 6 months or as long as 3 yrs. Strategy. Supply chain issues may be a concern, but toyota has been progressively moving forward to build parts in house so as not to rely on 3rd party...

Peek at Underground 2024 Tacoma TRD Sport with side steps and roof rack

I would agree about the sport, was originally supposed to be street performance oriented. As for TH/pro, with their upgraded suspension and 33" tires, supposed to yield 2" front 1.5" rear lift.
