They get that done on the new gmc and ranger raptor by changing the led boards which are exterior on those trucks headlights.
From what I saw ours doesn’t have exterior boards that would be easy to change.

After having my trd pro front bumper off and see all the same connectors and wires being ran to the white only rigid foglights, while they are different part numbers; It would make me think they are pre wired for the dual color Toyota set.
